Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sabi Well platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Sabi Well is a Nigerian platform that connects members of the public (“Users”) with vetted tradespeople/artisans (“Service Providers”) for house building and repair services (e.g., POP, plumbing, electrical work).

3. User Eligibility

Users and Service Providers must be at least 18 years old. By registering, you confirm you meet this age requirement and can form a legally binding agreement.

4. Account Registration and Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and are liable for all activity under their accounts.

5. Use of the Platform

Users agree not to:

  • Post false information or fake reviews
  • Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activity
  • Harass or exploit any other user

Sabi Well reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Service Provider Conduct and Responsibilities

Service Providers must:

  • Provide accurate service descriptions
  • Honour appointments professionally
  • Not misrepresent qualifications or experience
  • Accept that user reviews may impact visibility

7. Review System and Moderation

Reviews should be based on genuine interactions. Malicious or dishonest reviews may be removed at Sabi Well’s discretion. Sabi Well may verify completed jobs to validate authenticity.

8. Payments and Fees

Sabi Well may charge fees for premium listings, commissions, or verified services. These terms will be clearly stated during the payment process. Payments are processed via Paystack or other secure Nigerian payment gateways.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, and content on the Platform belong to Sabi Well and may not be used without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sabi Well is a connecting platform and does not guarantee the quality of services delivered by any Service Provider. Users contract directly with providers at their own risk.

11. Termination

Sabi Well may suspend or terminate access to any user or provider for breach of these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between users and service providers must be handled in good faith. Sabi Well may, at its discretion, provide limited dispute mediation. Legal claims will be subject to Nigerian law and courts.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
